My water: handy water calculator. My water: handy water calculator

Hello everyone\(^▽^)/

Recently, I seriously thought about starting to drink a lot of water, because there is a huge amount of talk that it is useful. I noticed a trend that I drink very little water. I can easily drink about a day 3 liters of tea and other liquids and do not even notice, but I almost do not use ordinary water. (¬_¬) And not because I don’t like it, but because I simply forget about it, and they’ll cook tea for me here, I’ll drink it with cookies (well, I don’t drink water, in fact), and then I’ll just run into a cafe and buy. (︶︹︺) So I decided to find myself a reminder app that would make my task easier. And she settled on an application with a completely uncomplicated name "My Water". (on IOs, don't know about android)

Small digression: why I decided to monitor the amount of water I drink

- water - a faithful assistant in the fight against excess weight

- enough water provides the body with energy

- It is said that if we do not drink enough water, headaches appear. This problem seems to affect me as well.

- water and skin health. Until now, no matter how I treat my skin - it is in quite a bad condition, so I will try to "overcome" it from the inside

And many, many more, but these points are the most important for me. o(❛ᴗ❛)o

The app is absolutely elementary to use.(◡‿◡ *)

You just need to celebrate number and view the liquid you have drunk. There is a small nuance here: only 3 types of drinks are available in the free version, however, I decided to follow only the water (I can sometimes add a cup of tea, really), so this is not essential for me. But still, they did it very thoughtfully, that depending on the type of drink that you consumed, the amount of fluid that entered the body changes. In the paid version, the total amount of water drunk per day even decreases from drinking alcohol.

The application also has some information about water.

In the settings, you can set your daily allowance, enable / disable notifications, set the interval for these notifications. Also, purchase a paid version and take advantage of a few more (as for me useless) features.

The application itself can calculate the daily amount you need, taking into account your weight and gender, but you yourself can reduce or vice versa increase the amount of water.

It also syncs with another app that I just started using - Apple health. (ノ*゚▽゚*) It also notes how much water you drank per day.

Another project of yours - "MedGuide" - is a social one: search for pharmacies in the district, a medical directory. What is the reason for this topic?

MedGuide was my first attempt to develop my own project and make money from it. The idea for this application came to me during a trip to Moscow. I had a headache, I had to find a pharmacy nearby, but I didn’t have time to download an offline map of Moscow, I had to look for a pharmacy for a long time, asking passers-by. Then I came up with the idea of creating a medical guide, which will contain information about medicines, pharmacies and first aid. Unfortunately, at the moment, the project has not lived up to expectations, but we are working on its development. The plans include the creation of a drug rating, an appointment with doctors, online consultations and a digital medical card.

Is building apps your only job?

Creating applications for me is not only a job, but also a favorite pastime to which I devote all my time. I always want to work on myself and see how I develop. I also like to travel, visit new places, meet interesting people.

What app idea do you think is brilliant? In what direction will this area develop?

I really like Apple's course on a healthy lifestyle. HealthKit can be called a brilliant idea. They help developers create an ecosystem around healthy lifestyles and health. Any application can write data to HealthKit. There they are grouped and provided to the user in one place. At the last presentation, Apple introduced applications that allow diagnosing diseases of the heart, respiratory tract and central nervous system. In the near future, we should expect a breakthrough in this area.

Our world cannot exist without water. On average, each person needs 8 to 9 glasses of water daily. What does this give us? Normalization of digestion, maintaining the full functioning of the cardiovascular system and the brain, as well as cleansing the skin. How to drink the amount we need? My water can help you!

Based on your weight, gender and physical activity, this app will give you the amount of fluid you need. It is most useful to drink a glass in an hour or two. The application can send you reminders throughout the day with a certain interval.

It is considered not only plain water, but any liquid, be it coffee, tea or soda. But it must be borne in mind that alcohol does not add liquid, but only takes it away. My water knows about all these drinks and knows how to properly account for them. It is possible to enter a drink volume.

As you add the water you drink, the progress bar will gradually increase and motivate you to drink a glass and dial up the norm. When you drink the required amount, the application will congratulate you :) Great motivation to keep your water balance normal!

E-supplements: a guide to food e-supplements

We really love tasty, but junk food: sweets, cookies, chocolates, sausages, soda. But have we thought about what is included in their composition? Some of them are real poison! Distinguish good, healthy products from those stuffed with chemicals? The E-supplements application will help you with this.

Consider the foods that we often eat. The most popular Big Mac burger contains sodium benzoate, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, and supplements numbered 160b, 202, 385, and 1422. All of which will cause irreparable damage to your health. Most of the dragees contain additives numbered 120 and 132. They cause cancer and asthma.

This application contains a description of nutritional supplements. To make it easier to find the right one, they are divided into groups: dyes, preservatives, antioxidants and others. Food additives have color indicators that indicate the degree of their danger. Green color - you can eat without fear, yellow - you should think about it, and additives marked in red should not be consumed at all.
